As a Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for driving success in our Information Technology department, leveraging your strong and diverse skillset to analyze client strategies and requirements, prepare detailed project documentation, and assist in business process redesign as needed.Key Responsibilities• Responsible for sessions with internal and/or external clients to understand their needs and provide technical expertise• Possess knowledge of the client area they support and have technical knowledge of the enterprise unit's systems, capabilities, and respective technologies• Analyze client strategies and requirements to identify opportunities for improvement• Prepare detailed project documentation in line with UAL IDF standards• Assist in business process redesign as needed to improve efficiency and effectiveness• Maintain communication with clients and team members to promote a team environment• Work/Consult across multiple complex projects that require area expertise• Is accountable for projects or programs with low to moderate risk and resource requirements• Functions as a project leader by providing direction, tools, and process support to less senior employees• Facilitate meetings with Technology and Business Leaders to expand goals and requirements• Consults with business managers to understand their needs and provide technical expertise• Plan and design solutions after requirements are gathered• Develops comprehensive solution approach• Develops development and enhancement to existing solutions• Develops compliance and alignment with principles• Translates business requirements to technical requirementsQualifications and SkillsTo succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong foundation in Information Technology and business experience. The minimum qualifications for this role include:• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent education• 5 or more years of IT and/or business experience, or any equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship• Successful completion of an interview required to meet job qualification• Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential feature of the positionWhile having the "desired" qualifications makes for a stronger candidate, we encourage candidates who may not feel they check ALL of these boxes to apply.
